I am actually listening to a guy on the Today show saying that Hitler was gay and that his homosexuality was what led to his anti-semitism, and that it was his homosexual friends who put him in power in the first place. It sounds like a bad Usenet diatribe. He keeps referring to every bit of pro-"Hitler was gay" evidence he has found as "terrific," which pretty much tells me that he did shoddy research, going in with his conclusions already established, and just finding anything that might back him up. Matt Lauer keeps throwing him softballs, which is even more irritating.
